How initial profiles are handled

What the label means

“Secondary-source match” means the athlete was connected to North Carolina event activity through a public regional record source. It does not mean the North Carolina commission confirmed the profile or that the athlete holds a current North Carolina license.

Claim, correct, or remove a profile

Email info@unifiedcombat.com with the athlete name, profile details, requested change, and your relationship to the athlete. We review reasonable requests and may ask for verification.

Photos

Photos are added only when supplied by the athlete, an authorized representative, or a source that grants appropriate reuse rights.

Regulatory information

Private medical and identity documents will not be published. Future role-based tools must use secure access controls and should display only what each authorized role needs.
